Indian Knowledge System (IKS) Cell

CSMSS Chh. Shahu College of Engineering, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) has established Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) cell in our institute as per NEP 2020, its an initiative to promote and preserve traditional Indian wisdom and practices.

The activities being conducted under Indian Knowledge systems were:

• Awareness about Yoga.
• Seminar on Importance of Indian Knowledge systems.
• Celebrating World Health week by practicing and Promoting Indian Medical practices.
• Celebrating World Heritage week to promote Indian Heritage Architectures by conducting Online poster.
• presentation on Indian Ancient Architectures.
• Science behind Meditation sessions to promote Pranayama.

Apart from above activities our institution is allocated separate Book rack for Indian Knowledge systems for preserving Indian Ancient wisdom in Institution Library.

Inorder to promote Indian Ancient Culture Indian Culture and traditions. Our Students were motivated to promote Indian Traditional arts with help of traditional dress competition, traditional dance competition were organized at institution level.
